Stuck at any step? Email ivanovworkbusiness@gmail.com with your step number and a photo of what you see, and we'll help until your PC boots.

When we refund

The whole guide is yours the moment you pay, so sales are final once you've opened or downloaded it. We refund in full when:

• you were charged twice for the same product,
• the files won't open and we can't fix it for you, or
• you bought by mistake and haven't opened or downloaded anything.

Email ivanovworkbusiness@gmail.com with your receipt within 14 days of buying. Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, through Gumroad.

Buyers in the EU and UK

The law gives you 14 days to cancel a purchase of digital content, unless you asked for immediate access and agreed that you lose the right to cancel once the download or access begins. Buying gives you immediate access to the files. Nothing here limits rights you have by law.
