What we collect, and why

• When you buy, or get the free checklist: Gumroad handles the checkout as merchant of record. It collects your name, email, country and payment details and shares your name, email, country and order with us so we can deliver the product and help you. We never see your full card number. Gumroad's own privacy policy covers what it does with your data.
• Holiday gift codes: if you ask for a seasonal discount code, your email address goes to our email service (Kit) so we can send you the code. We only send you other emails about this guide if you tick the separate box that asks for them; you can unsubscribe from any email.
• When you email us: your email address and what you send, to answer you.
• Visits to this site: we count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies or identify you.
• Product emails: if you got the guide or the free checklist, we may email you about this guide (updates, fixes, the 2027 edition). Every email has an unsubscribe link.

Our legal bases are delivering what you bought (contract), answering you and keeping product emails relevant (legitimate interests), and keeping tax records (legal obligation).

How long we keep it

Order records: as long as tax law requires (in Ireland, six years). Emails: as long as we're helping you, then up to two years. You can ask us to delete data we don't have to keep.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, to correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, or move it, by emailing ivanovworkbusiness@gmail.com. If you're unhappy with our answer you can complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie) or your local data protection authority.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. The checkout window is run by Gumroad, which may use the cookies it needs to process your order.
